Embrace the Future: Cloud Computing and AWS Transform Business Operations
Cloud computing is changing the way businesses operate. It allows on-demand access to IT resources via the internet, with no costs upfront, allowing businesses of all sizes to build sophisticated IT systems.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) leads the field in cloud computing. Launched in 2006, AWS provides a suite of services which includes storage, databases, analytics and machine learning as well as artificial intelligence. The platform is simple to use and trusted by many large customers around the world.
AWS’s main products are EC2 for virtual servers, S3 for storage and RDS for managed databases. These services allow businesses to deploy software quickly, scale without thinking about it and avoid failure. Additionally, AWS has data centres globally providing low latency and high security.
To summarize my thoughts on cloud computing through the lense of AWS: Cloud computing is a way that access to the best technology in the world is being democratised with benefits for both consumers of that technology but also laggards in adopting it through enabling that innovation.
